Six months after the process has been turned
over to the company, a consultant will return and conduct
a final audit at each site. The results of this audit will
be compared to the information obtained during the initial
phase of the project. At the conclusion of the audit, a
final report will be issued to the company that compares
the initial audit and the final audit results. The report
will also contain comments and recommendations to help improve
the application of the B.A.S.E. process at the company's
site.
