At this point the company will have been
provided with the basic information, skills, and knowledge
required to add behavior as an enhancement to the existing
safety process. During Phase III, the consultant will make
two visits to the site to answer questions, provide additional
training or coaching, and ensure that the B.A.S.E. software
is being utilized correctly. At the conclusion of the two
visits a meeting will be held with the management team to
review the B.A.S.E. process and to discuss how it should
be directed in the future. In addition, the programmer will
make revisions to reports in the software, as required by
the company.
