Lockout 2000 Product Demostration

Main Switchboard

Above is a screen shot of the main switchboard. This is the first screen that the user will see when Lockout 2000 is loaded. It has links to the different utility functions such as changing passwords and getting help. Listed below are the areas that can be accessed from the main switchboard with descriptions of each one.

Forms - The form section is used to set the process up and to enter the data that will be tracked by Lockout 2000. As information is added to the tables, pull down menus are created. This allows for entering the information once, not each time that information is required. There are 16 tables that data will find its way to.

Reports - Lockout 2000 is designed with 30 pre-formatted reports. The reports provide information on the equipment in the system, employees training records, site wide training records, audit information and more.

Links/Automation - This section contains links to David W. Bogart Associates' website and Star Solutions' home page. It also contains links to launch a text editing program and a spreadsheet program.


Forms Menu

Above is a screen shot of the forms menu. The form section is used to set the process up and to enter the data that will be tracked by Lockout 2000. The form section is comprised of five areas described below. There are 16 tables, each designed to help with a different aspect of the implementation process.

Program/Associate Related - forms for entering data about associates and track information on lockout removals, equipment issued, and audits.

Setup - forms to enter information specific to your company and department.

Training Related - forms to enter hands-on and classroom Lockout Tagout records.

Standards - this section lets you view OSHA's standard on Lockout and provides space to import the state and plant or company written lockout procedure. This provides the employees with access to the written program and the federal or state standard.

Lockout Instructions - this section contains forms for changing or entering lockout instructions and energy sources.


Reports

Above is a screen shot of the reports menu. Lockout 2000 is designed with 30 pre-formatted reports that provide information on the equipment in the system, employees training records, site wide training records, audit information and more. Below are descriptions of the different reports available.

Program/Associate Related - the reports in this section pertain to lock removals, locks issued, and associates that have been transferred.

Training Related - this section contains reports on training information. This includes dates trained, specific equipment training, training by department, training by classification, and more.

Lockout Related - the reports in this section pertain to equipment information, such as issued equipment, new equipment, etc.

Audit Related - in this section are reports designed for aid during the audit process.
