screen that the user will see when Inspections 2000 is loaded.
It has links to the different utility functions such as
changing passwords and getting help. Listed below are the
areas that can be accessed from the main switchboard with
descriptions of each one.
Forms
- The form section is used to set the process up and to
enter the data that will be tracked by Inspections 2000.
As information is added to the tables, pull down menus are
created. This allows for entering the information once,
not each time that information is required. Inspections
2000 tracks records about employees, the company, inspection
information, and any other custom information that would
like to have included in your version of this software.
Reports
- Inspections 2000 is designed with several pre-formatted
reports. The reports provide organized information about
inspection results by displaying them in the form of scores
and bar graphs.
Links/Automation
- This section contains links to David W. Bogart Associates'
website and Star Solutions' home page. It also contains
links to launch a text editing program and a spreadsheet
program. More links can easily be added for your convenience.

Inspection Reports - This section contains reports
that will help display specific inspection information
that may be needed. The reports will provide a method
of quantifying the data obtained during an inspection
rather then just keeping traditional hard copies. You
can display information based on department, date, and
period.
