Due to the nature of the work that we are asked to perform
and the legal environment in which we live, we are cognizant
of the need to protect the information identified in the course
of our activities, or as the result of an investigation, from
disclosure to third parties, including government agencies.
Although our corporate policy prohibits disclosure of any
client information without the permission of the client, except
as require by law, we are willing to sign the usual confidentiality
or nondisclosure agreement as required by the client's corporate
policies. |

There are several legal mechanisms which can be appropriately
used to limit the discovery of the information by third parties.
Where information developed is highly sensitive, a greater
degree of protection from disclosure is warranted and desired,
we have performed our work under the direction of corporate
attorneys or outside counsel. We most frequently work with
David G. Sarvadi, of the Washington D.C. law firm of Keller
and Heckman. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Sarvadi
is a Certified Industrial Hygienist who, based on past experience
has a working familiarity with the operation of corporate
health and safety programs.
